A clear pathway from grassroots to national football

Since 2012, GFDC has built a network of 39 Football Development Centres across Goa, with over 4,000 boys and girls registered under its grassroots programme. The Council's vision is to convert that grassroots base into a structured pathway of residential academies, competitive participation in GFA and AIFF age-group tournaments, and a steady supply of players to leading Goan clubs and the National team.
